How it works
Each week we publish our delicious lunchtime dishes for you to choose from. There is always a main veggie and meaty option, plus a choice of two side dishes from our menu to fill your tiffin tin. We always aim to offer wheat and dairy-free options, too.
For any further requirements*, drop us an email and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. (*Unfortunately we cannot guarantee our kitchen can always cater for those with nut allergies or coeliac disease.)
To find out where we deliver in the city, please see our delivery map.
Get in touch to sign your office up today.
Orders for your office need to be placed online by 10am on the day you’d like your lunch delivered. All tiffin tins are numbered so you know and we know which tin is yours. Once you’ve had your feast, we arrange to pick up the empty tins to take them back to HQ.
We know they’re lovable, but please make sure your tiffin tin comes back to us, and it helps us a lot if you can give your tins just a quick rinse before we pick them up.
Online payment is easy and secure. There is no subscription to the delivery and you can put your orders on hold hassle-free. This means you’re in complete control of how many and how often your lunches are delivered.
We think that once you’ve tried a Tiffin Time delivery, you’ll say goodbye to soggy sandwiches and change your lunchtimes – for good. (If you need more convincing and would like a free tiffin tin trial for your office, please email firstname.lastname@example.org)
We offer loyalty rewards for all online and Old Market shop purchases, to keep you coming back to sample something new.
Online: Collect rewards each time you log in and order online. When you’ve bought eight lunches we’ll give you a loyalty code to use online, so your next lunch will be half price!
In store: Keep your loyalty card handy! Get a stamp for every full lunch (not separate dishes) you buy in store. Collect eight stamps to claim your free reward, be it a piece of yummy cake, a refreshing smoothie or delicious coffee. And, if you bring in your own pots for us to fill, you get two stamps for each full lunch bought, meaning you get a free treat in half the time.
